Job Description:
- Provide quality customer service over the phone
- Resolve customers queries efficiently and escalate any issues promptly
- Answer queries from patients with regards to appointments/ referrals/ enquiry
- Liaise with internal departments to assist patients
- Scheduling of appointments for patients using the system
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
- Mature candidates are welcome
- Customer service or Call Centre experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
- Able to work 5.25 days (alternate Sat half a day)
