Webcam software to record stealthy and with the LED off? #JHedzWorlD

hi there,
  1. let’s say I want to record video by pressing a hotkey (like “ctrl + k”)

  2. then it starts recording (no window, no icon, no msg…) and the webcam’s LED stills off

  3. when press another hotkey it stops recording

help anyone? (I got a laptop, better if freeware for W10)
